The Business Environmental Resource Center, a division of the Office of Economic Development, offers the Sacramento County business community free and non-regulatory environmental assistance. BERC can provide business solutions, best management practices, regulatory assistance and permitting guidance. Our office can assist with permitting and compliance as it relates to air quality, sewer discharge, storm drain compliance, food safety, hazardous materials and waste, business recycling, and Sacramento County building and planning plus much more!
