Sacel was founded in 1975 in Ozegna at the beginning just as tool shop for progressive dies and single stroke dies construction with small production of parts, but in 2000 Sacel has expanded by adding two new plants in San Giorgio Canavese and in Lusigliè in order to start up the production department which has enlarged and enriched with several technologies as metal stamping, plastic injection, over molding, laser welding and assembly.
In 2005 was built the Slovak facility of SacelEst which opened a new path towards east Europe and increased the competitiveness of the whole group on the market by offering metal stamping, plastic injection and assembly operations with an excellent quality-price ratio. www.sacelest.com
Sacel Group is composed by four facilities for a total of 10.800 m2 area, of which 6.500 m2 dedicated to the production departments, equipped with a copious and well-advanced machinery fleet, 2.700 m2 assigned to warehouse and offices and 1.600 m2 dedicated to the construction and maintenance of tools and dies.
Sacel is working mostly for the automotive branch, but all along the years has diversified successfully its working branches to which it can offer its technologies and know-how: nowadays Sacel is also active and well integrated in branches like medical, hobby, household appliance, and semi-conductor.
The kind of parts produced by Sacel, mostly for automotive industry, are: bulb holders assembled, bulb shields, heat shields, motor supports, brackets of any type, rails for sliding car windows, oil cooling nozzles, components for radiators, circuits, bus bars for electronics junction boxes, fuse holders, heat sinks, glass supports, roof frame assembled, components for shock absorber, support brackets and electric connectors.
The materials that are worked by Sacelgroup to become finished products are steel, plastic (PA, PP, PBT), copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, titan and stainless steel.
