Coming from a demanding corporate sales environment with targets to met alongside running a business I suffered from random muscle spasms all over my body for years; with no medical explanation I came to realise the cause was stress. In a state of pain and depression I was desperate for a solution; this lead me to the discovery of state management modalities using modern and ancient teachings.
