In a world of accelerated change, increased responsibilities, stress, daily pressures and heightened anxiety the need for techniques, protocols and therapies to help overcome and assist these problems are on the rise. Coming from a demanding corporate sales environment with targets to met alongside running a business I suffered from random muscle spasms all over my body for years; with no medical explanation I came to realise the cause was stress. In a state of pain and depression I was desperate for a solution; this lead me to the discovery of state management modalities using modern and ancient teachings. Through my experience I have made it my mission to help others live a calmer, peaceful, balanced and productive life by using these teachings that can assist with the mind, body and energy all around us.
