We are a law firm practicing elder law, wills & estates, and civil litigation from North York, Ontario. We can meet with you virtually or in-person and in many cases, we can come to you. In our post-COVID world, we continue to meet clients online and by phone. However, for many older adult clients, we prefer to see you in person. We are here to help you meet your goals and keep your experience with the legal system as easy as possible. Our founder, Rachel Sachs, is a Filipino-German Canadian lawyer with a young family of her own and experience caring for an older loved relative. Rachel studied in both Canada and the United Kingdom and has experience working in other industries. She understands different perspectives and makes a special effort to get to know her clients. Rachel works for you and with you. She'll give you the information you need to understand the law. Committed to learning from her clients and providing them with the knowledge they want to know, Rachel hosts her own series, "Seniors, Ask Me Anything" on wills and estates and other areas of the law affecting seniors. These run every three weeks on a virtual platform also accessible by phone (calling in). Rachel also partners with other professionals to present webinars to provide her clients with additional information affecting their futures.
