SAD Prievidza a.s. is a leading Slovakian company with 69 years of rich history in the transport industry.
The history dates back from the year 1949 when the first transport system was created in Czechoslovakia inorder to cater the public transportation and logistic of the goods.
SAD Prievidza, the joint stock company, as known today was established back in 2002 with the mission of offering high quality transportation services to the public and private sector carrying forward the initial idea of paving a path on the field of transportation.
The ideology being providence of high level of comfort and technical excellency to the public via different types of automobile vehicles. The safety of people is given the top priority.
The large vehicle fleet includes over 250 busses and represents brands as Setra, Man, Iveco, Neoplan, Scania, SOR. The average age of the fleet is below 4,8 years.
The international transport department was created based on the demand of international transport and sightseeing. It serves inbound tourism comming mostly from Asia taking tourists through east and west countries of Europe and Scandinavia. The most favourite brand for such a travels was gained by SETRA, therefore 80% of the international travel fleet carry this name. Each bus used by International travel department is less than 1 year old. The buses rarely stays in Slovakia, pick up and drop off points are usually in different countries. The comforf and safety along with technical and visual perfection of the busses gives the high standard and perfectionism - the values company is proud to present.
