Sadar Development and Resilience Institute

Sadar Development and Resilience Institute is development research institute specializing in addressing complex research and studies in all aspects of sustainable development, disaster and climate resilience and humanitarian crisis in Somalia and Horn of Africa. Sadar focuses on both development and resilience agenda from an advanced level of engagement and service delivery including quality development research and multilateral knowledge exchange. Sadar Institute also acts as a coordinating agent to facilitate development research and knowledge transfer among local, national and international institutions, donors, private sector, communities and research centers in Somalia and abroad. Sadar promotes development research through leadership, programming, and knowledge management. SADAR has offices in Mogadishu, Kampala and Nairobi, partners in all federal member states, and a network of faculty, consultants and research fellows working in-country across the federal member states and regions in Somalia.
