Saddle Capital is focused on acquiring a Texas-based service company and holding it for the long haul because we believe Texas legacies should not be sacrificed for short-term financial gain. We aspire to build the communities and employees of any business we invest in. That’s why we don’t sell our investments, and instead are permanent homes for businesses we acquire. Too often business owners are faced with the “gut and flip” model, as is so common in private equity, where businesses are left in disarray.
