Saeculum Inc

Saeculum is an organization designed for Canada’s top producers in the real estate sector to connect, collaborate, and contribute. The 19th-century Italian polymath Vilfredo Pareto famously remarked, “For many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes” This observation, commonly referred to as the 80-20 rule, is frequently found across a variety of domains in life, of which the workplace is no exception. Saeculum Inc. started from the observation that (1) most of a firm’s outcomes are disproportionately driven by its top producers, (2) the top 20 tend to be specialists who are acutely aware of what’s happening within their subdiscipline, and (3) incredible gains stood to be achieved by bringing high performers together. We aim to provide the space needed for the top 20 to achieve best outcomes across the variety of disciplines contributing to the Canadian real estate market, including planning, legal, development, construction, commercial insurance, lending, brokerage, and more. All of Saeculum’s events are curated to ensure that only decision-makers and leaders are in attendance. Non-member registrants may undergo an extended wait time due to approval procedures, so membership is strongly encouraged.
