Since 1971 reliable ‘turn-key’ partner for the design and manufacturing of die casting moulds (up to 2.500 tons machines) and trimming tools (up to 60 tons presses) for foundries and users of light alloys components (Aluminum, Magnesium and Zink). The profitable cooperation with OEM, Research Organizations and Universities at international level led Saen to develop consolidated experience in the production of prototype tools and samples for automotive, mechanics, electronics, aerospace, rail, furniture and medical sectors. Samples are cast and machined in our internal foundry lab and are dimensionally and geometrically checked through CMM, GOM, leakage test and digital roughness meter. In 6-8 weeks we can deliver components which have been produced with the same technology and the same mechanical characteristics of the series production and we can then take advantage of the acquired knowledge to produce the series die casting tool and trimming tool.
