Safe Construction Design are experienced Principal Designers with 24 years experience in acting as the Planning Supervisor, CDM-C and PD on projects with construction values over £250m.
As a PD Advisor, our aim is to be visibly proactive in identifying design risk and co-ordinating a construction projects design hazards.
We are very comfortable as the PD Advisor integrating ourselves into a wide variety of design teams.
As a Clients CDM Advisor our goal is to ensure that the Client's duties are carried out and that they have high quality advice on the measures and resources required for their project to be designed and built safely. We monitor the CDM complaince of other members of the project team, giving the Client the assurance that everyone is carrying out their duties correctly.
We will also offer CDM/H&S Advisor services to Principal Contractors, Contractors and non construction businesses, assisting them to carry out their duties and advising them on current legislation and best industry practice.
