Safe Design Australia

Safe Design Australia (SDA) are a team of experts in WHS and Safety in Design. SDA provide safe design reports and risk assessments for Commercial and Residential Projects to help designers meet their duties under the WHS Legislation. We work with Building Designers, Engineers and Architects to prepare Safe Design Reports, from Australia, New Zealand and across the world, and assist them in understanding the process of Safe Design. We also provide Safety in Design training for staff and help develop policies and procedures for incorporating safe design into designers practices. We conduct safety in design workshops using the CHAIR process. Safe Design Australia have published the eBook Safe Design for Designers of Structures and are leaders in this field. We work in close consultation with Safe Work Australia and the various state regulators reviewing legislation and guidelines and conduct training programs Australia-wide and internationally for Architects, Building Designers and Engineers for BDAQ, AIA, ACA and other associations.
