SafeHands

For years, SafeHands harnessed the power of photography, film, and digital technology to break down barriers of language and literacy, ensuring women and girls had access to vital sexual and reproductive health information. Through multi-platform storytelling, we empowered individuals to make informed, independent choices about their bodies and futures. Working alongside global, national, and local partners, SafeHands tackled critical issues such as Female Genital Mutilation, Child Marriage, Obstetric Fistula, HIV/AIDS, Family Planning, Safe Delivery, and menstrual stigma. In 2025, SafeHands transitioned its mission to Ayzosh, an Ethiopian charitable organization, ensuring this essential work continues. Ayzosh remains dedicated to reaching rural communities with life-changing reproductive health education, advocacy, and support. We are proud to see our legacy live on through their impactful work.
