Safe Spirit - Unfold your true self

The aim of our work is reconnecting with our origins and re-discovering our very own ground of consciousness. This is the foundation to make the unconscious parts in us conscious. Oftentimes, journeying with plant medicine means facing parts of ourselves we have learnt to bury over the course of our life. In this profound process of uncovering, we are being taught the art of acceptance and surrender: old thought patterns, concepts and trauma stored in the body may be recognized and released. Before, during and after the retreat, we support and accompany the individual needs of our participants. Our approach draws on elements of shamanism, transpersonal psychology, mythology and spirituality.
