The Safehouse BD LTD is a CQC registered supported living and care provider. We have a range of properties across the UK, we are unique provider creating the accommodation around the individual creating a home and not a house. Our goal is to provide a high standard of living and care, we do this by encouraging our clients to take control of their support and build the package they want. Working closely local professional teams such as:  Mental health Team,  Crisis team,  Learning Disability,  substance abuse,  and clinical teams we are able to create bespoke recovery, treatment, and community support plans. Our aims are:  Supporting individuals to develop and maintain the skills to live independently,  Rebuild their self-reliance and self-care skills,  Encouraging individuals to make informed, age-specific decisions concerning their present and future so that they can achieve a successful transition into independence and a responsible lifestyle.  Individual's gaining full independence. We help to transform lives through a person-centred approach as well as empowerment, using system theory, having a focus on the core values of being non-judgemental in providing care and empathy. Overall, we offer a structed but flexible support, our clients are our family. Who can we support?  Adults aged 18 and over.  Individuals who have a range of complex support needs including Mental health, ASD, Neurocognitive disorders, LD and ABI  Adults with a forensic/significant risk history require a more robust community-based environment.  People who are informal, subject to DoLs, on conditional discharges, CTO’s or on licence by the Parole Board.  Addiction/ Substance abuse  Complex Needs  Mental health  Learning Difficulties
