Here at SafeHub, we believe organisations responsible for caring for others face complicated, time-consuming, and often stressful challenges, ensuring that every employee, teacher, coach, carer, or volunteer is fully compliant and, most importantly, keeps being compliant. When we say compliant, we're talking about all the checks, training, and certificates that employers and the families of those being cared for expect service providers to have - safeguarding, health & safety, disclosure and barring (DBS), right to work in the UK, accreditations, and specific qualifications to name just a few! How do we know this? Because, two of our founders have first-hand experience of the stress and complexity involved in keeping on top of everyone's compliance, having been decade-long Directors of a successful children's sports coaching company and founders of one of London's largest and most successful grassroots football clubs. Combining their knowledge, passion, and determination with digital and start-up experts, a founding team has formed to solve this challenge once and for all - welcome to SafeHub! Our mission is to take away the headache of managing compliance from organisations, removing the risk of human error, giving businesses and families complete peace of mind. SafeHub knows when certificates are due to expire and automatically contacts people in the organisation, reminding them when it's time to renew. An admin can see compliance status across an entire organisation in one simple screen: no spreadsheets, more time, greater confidence, reduced risk. We're in the exciting development phase.
