About Shared Aid Fund for Emergency Response (SAFER)
SAFER raises funds through public fundraising and institutional partnerships to help Filipino communities affected by disasters and build better lives after a crisis. SAFER is formed by a consortium of the largest humanitarian NGO networks in the Philippines, namely: CODE-NGO, Humanitarian Response Consortium (HRC) and CBCP NASSA/Caritas Philippines. The geographic presence of our members allows SAFER to deliver humanitarian assistance and relief in all regions of the country, including the far-flung and most vulnerable communities. All that being said, SAFER is driven by the Bayanihan spirit and ability of the Filipinos to come to the aid of their kapwa in times of dire need.
