Operating since 2017 we noticed that business, customers, community, industry and government expectations were rapidly transforming. Accelerated rates of change and their complexity were placing increased demands on small to medium enterprises. With a multi-disciplinary background, we established SAS to meet this emerging need for assistance in solving your challenges. We have worked in a diverse number of industries delivering innovation in transport (road, rail and maritime, aviation/drones), health, FMCG, construction, early learning and ICT across government, private enterprise, not-for-profit and for-purpose sectors. Our projects have covered establishment, reform, transformation and innovative project implementation in regulation, standards, compliance, assurance, health, safety and change management. We specialise in projects which require collaboration in multidisciplinary cross functional teams, providing a central strategic and operational point of accountability to drive delivery.
