The SAFYR UTILIS Group of companies is a financial services group anchored in Mauritius, born out from the merger of SAFYR Wealth Services Ltd and UTILIS Corporate Services Ltd, as our team combines fund administration expertise, wealth structuring and administration and significant capital markets reach. To SAFYR’s traditional African client base, UTILIS contributes its US and Asian fund expertise, thus allowing our clients to benefit from our deep understanding and relationships in key markets, whilst consolidating our presence in some strategic European jurisdiction. The Group is structured in three pillars, as we recognize the different and specialized skill set required by each, namely:- •Fund Administration and Support Group: the team is led by a group of seasoned professionals, with domain knowledge of managing large and complex funds with diverse strategies and backed by sophisticated and broad group of investors. This allows you to focus on the management of the fund and your investors whilst we support all your back-office and middle-office requirements including your investor communication needs, treasury dealings and NAV calculation. •Wealth Structuring and Administration Group: since wealth preservation and enhancement is key to you, the team will accompany you every step of the way as we advise on the best sustainable vehicle to house, protect and enhance your wealth and reputation. We invest in understanding your business, your succession plan and personal objectives, for the medium and long term. •Capital Markets: the team has initiated and closed on debt from the local market in excess of USD 500 Million, and the equity desk has advised on a number of existing and potential listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. The dedicated client service groups are supported by a team of in-house specialists, including lawyers, professional accountants, company secretaries and international tax advisors.
