SAGA AIRLINES

The first step for officially establishing our company, Saga Hava Taşımacılık Anonim Şirketi, was taken in 2002. Saga Airlines which is the sister company of Akkol Turizm Havacılık Nakliyat ve Dış Turizm Anonim Şirketi (Saga Tours) and İstanbul Petrol A.Ş. having almost a 20 years of background has received the operating license from the Ministry of Transportation, General Directorate of Civil Aviation after finalizing the bureaucratic and legal formalities, and actually started to operate during April 2004. Saga Airlines has achieved a very selective staff formation by means of the experiences of the company managers who have a long background in civil aviation. Today, about 300 employees have been working in the modern, six story general directorate building of our company located in Florya, İstanbul which is capable of meeting the needs of the sector. Besides, our station in İstanbul Atatürk Airport is continuing its operation.
