Sagacity21 is a veteran-owned, leadership services company created in May 2015. Our team consists of career military leaders and successful business executives. We leverage our unique experiences and education to create a powerful competitive advantage for our clients. To date, we have focused on these three areas: Program Mentorship – Sagacity21 initially led a one-of-a-kind RFID project. This multi-company effort produced numerous patents and was recognized by the world’s largest RFID agency as the #1 RFID implementation program in 2015. Leadership Development Course – Next, Sagacity21 created a world-class leadership development course taught in Seattle, WA, focused on decision-making, team-building, harvesting value from conflict, and other critical leadership skills. We utilize small classes for personalized instruction, followed by 100 days of additional training and mentorship. Our market-differentiating value proposition is for supervisors to affirm a positive return on investment within 100 days of attendees returning to their workplace. Our students represent multiple disciplines (e.g., import/export, banking, manufacturing, high-tech startups, large non-profits). Thus far, 100% of our graduates "strongly recommend" this course to others. Corporate Performance Partnering – Having succeeded in our first two endeavors, Sagacity21 launched our latest offering, a series of corporate leadership services, in January 2016. Examples include: (1) external assessments, (2) filling interim vacancies in key leadership roles, (3) enhancing negotiations, (4) external mentorship for emerging leaders, and (5) leading leadership seminars at a company's location.
