Sagar Semiconductors is one of India’s first discrete power device companies bringing to market a wide range of solutions. Our founding team is composed of industry veterans from Harris Semiconductors, NEC, Amkor, Rohm and Fairchild. We plan on being a trailblazer in this industry by creating a power device champion in India. Our mission is to power India into the future by supporting a number of essential applications including EV, renewable energy, and power storage to name a few. We have a portfolio of discrete power devices including Si MOSFETs, IGBTs, GaN HEMTs and SiC MOSFETs. Founded in 2023, we are a part of the Sagar Group of Companies.
