At Sage Active it doesn't matter if you are 8 or 80 years plus our Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists are highly qualified to deal with all ages and conditions. Having undergone many years training at university and much more ongoing accredited training, they are able to prescribe exercise as medicine to meet all your health and lifestyle needs. It may be that you have a chronic condition such as arthritis, back pain or diabetes or it might just be you need rehabilitation after a sporting incident or unsupervised exercise in a gym, or maybe you just want to be able to keep up with the grandchildren, everyone has their own reasons for getting started. No matter what your reason for wanting to get started the Sage Active coaches are with you all the way working with you to achieve your desired health as well as improve your lifestyle.
