This venture was the initiative of a renowned Neurosurgeon Prof. Dr. Thomas Joseph former Professor of Neurosurgery Christian Medical College Vellore. Eminent Doctors, Industrialists and socially conscious people from other walks of life joined him wholeheartedly in this pioneering venture.
