Sahara Veg

Sahara Veg is dedicated to accelerating the shift towards plant-based eating. Through school programs, workplace engagement, public campaigns, and supporting farm transitions, we aim to make vegan foods accessible, understood, and appreciated across our communities, here in Ghana. In doing so, we hope to reduce carbon emissions from animal agriculture, promote more sustainable and humane food production, and spread awareness of the benefits of plant-based diets for human health and the planet.
