Found in 2017 by a group of passionate students in the field of industrial engineering. The Southern African Institute for Industrial Engineering TUT student chapter is designed for students who are interested in learning across industrial related industries and breakthrough industries. It provides its participants with the opportunity to engage and network with fellow students, companies and industry experts, as well as take part in hands –on activities, discussions, and field trips all to inspire its students to have a positive impact on our country .The student led organisation is recognised by Southern African Institute for Industrial Engineering and the Directorate of Student Governance and Leadership Development of Tshwane University of Technology.
