Sailing Into Wellness is an award-winning Irish social enterprise. By focusing on a natural and healthy approach to improving our mental health and well-being we have developed client-centred, sailing programmes that are both educational and therapeutic.
We take our participants out of their comfort zone and into a completely alien environment, the open sea. While we have a strong educational focus the benefits of our programmes go far beyond the development of sailing skills.
