The Saint John Institute (SJI) was founded to raise up saints to lead by bringing the power of faith to leaders and power of leadership to believers. Since all Christians are called by Christ to live holy lives, they will shape the culture of their workplace, family, and community for Christ by their actions. Since 2003, SJI has existed to provide inspiration and practical learning for Christians who want to integrate their faith with their daily challenges.
Through its four branches, SJI offers retreats, workshops, presentations, pilgrimages, and media that empower people of all ages to boldly live out their faith in the spheres of their leadership. Through Eagle Eye Ministries, SJI harnesses life-changing excursions to shape youth into virtuous leaders; through the Saint John Leadership Institute, SJI inspires the intellects of Catholic leaders through events at its Denver, CO campus; through the Saint John Leadership Network, SJI evangelizes and supports families and businesses across the U.S. who wish to proclaim their faith in their business and lead their families in the faith. In 2025, the Saint John Institute will launch DareGreatThings.org, where users can journey deeper into their identity as Christian leaders and discover the call of Christ to dare great things in their lives.
