Unit I consists of 100 members, 50 from I year and 50 from II year. Similarly Unit II also consists of 100 students. Both units are actively functioning with the following criteria.
We a part of National Service Scheme (NSS) of Sri Sai ram Institute Of Technology is dedicated to service and social welfare. With regular activities spanning 120 hours annually and a special 10-day village camp each year, our focus is on impactful community engagement and services to built a strong nation. Over the Past years we organised various Camps, Rally, Service and provided the Welfare to Society through various forms. With our powerful Students Volunteers is set to Service the society remains as our core mission.
1)Blood Donation Drive: 1800+ units donated over 17 years, with volunteers ready for emergencies.
2)Health Camps: Free medical, dental, and eye camps, including Siddha, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy.
3)Personality Development: Programs focusing on skill enhancement and personal growth.
4)Social Awareness: Traffic awareness events, rallies, and road safety initiatives.
5)Environmental Initiatives: Tree plantation, clean-up drives at beaches, forests, and lakes.
6)Educational Outreach: Computer training for village school children
