The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is accredited by NBA, AICTE and has acquired Autonomous status under Anna University, Chennai. The alacrity of the students to learn makes it easier for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering to produce top-notch Engineers. CSE Department is equipped with 24 well experienced faculty and 5 supporting staff. The Department has a PG course in “ME-Big Data Analytics” .Every year Department produces at least 10 rank holders. The Department has Centre of Excellences for Red Hat, Cisco, Oracle, Salesforce, VMWare & Data Science and Big Data Analytics. The students of CSE were placed in top MNC companies like TCS, WIPRO, Inautix, CTS, ZOHO, L&T InfoTech, Amazon and so on. Every year funding is acquired from AICTE and DST in the form of STTP, Conferences and Projects. The Department has signed MoU’s with ICTACT, Red Hat Academy, Cisco Academy, Oracle Academy, SANDS India Pvt.Ltd., EPR Labs, IBM Rational Seed, Network Bulls Pvt. Ltd., and CSN Systems. Our students are active members of CSI,ISTE,SIESRP and IEI. The alumni of CSE were pursuing higher studies in top notch universities like University of Illinois, University of Texas, University of Michigan, RMIT-Australia, UTS-Sydney, NYS-Singapore, University of Carnegie Mellon and so on.
