Pipe casted Cold Plates – gapless structure between the pipe and plate Here in Sakae, we cast the pipes together to create our cold plates. Our cold plates are highly performing liquid cooling heat sinks that are proven to be better than conventional cold plates because of the gapless structure and ultra-thin thickness between pipe and the targeted cooling point. Sakae Cool Door (SCD) - A new approach to data center cooling solution Our SCD can provide a more efficient cooling for data centers ranging from 3 to 15 kW per racks compared to other type of solutions.
