Specifically, we focus on multifamily, student housing and single tenant Office and Logistics properties under NNN leases with long duration and/or high renewal or replacement lease-up probability. Leveraging our extensive network and longstanding relationships with leading capital sources (sovereign wealth funds, banks, pension funds, alternative asset management firms, family offices and high net worth individuals) throughout the Middle East, Asia and Europe, we efficiently match capital partners with our clients based upon shared investment criteria and operating objectives. Our unique combination of capital markets and real estate experience enables us to develop bespoke financing solutions that maximize value for our clients, resulting in an optimally negotiated transaction structure.
