School Of Facilitation and Learning As the name suggests, is an institute meant for experimental and experiential learning for being a competent facili-trainer This journey aims at helping trainers, coaches and consultants explore the world of facili-training, understand the nuances, identify with the competencies, deep dive into process engineering, session design & then recreate the magic of facili-training. We believe that individuals who take facili-training approach in their training delivery see far better results from their participants – better engagement, stronger knowledge retention, and superior evaluations. F.O.L.K.S. started as a 5-day workshop aimed at imparting skills, tools & applications that would help our participants run learning session online in an experiential, fun & engaging way, now has gradually become a global community of facili-trainers who believe in fostering group wisdom, having opportunities to collaborate, a great learning platform, and the best place to kick-start and step up to expand the pie through the tribes support system for delivery excellence! We started building the road as our journey progressed. As the participants got added, we identified their needs & started adding different informal learning forums that can help our participants become SAKSHAM. Today FOLKS has assisted about 5000 trainers, coaches, consultants & academicians from more than 16 different countries across various platforms.
