Salbar is a social enterprise that introduces an energy bar made from gabi (taro) and kamote (sweet potato) locally sourced from partner farming communities. These ingredients not only provide endurance athletes with an alternative fuel source for high performance, but also provide the average consumer with quality vitamins and minerals that supplement their health and wellbeing. Beyond the business, it aims to uplift the condition of malnourishment in the Philippines by working with different communities and organizations.
