Comprehensive residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial environmental services. Founded 1989, have done work on over 6,000 sites in NC, SC, TN, GA, VA & WV. Services include UST in-place closures (Perma-FIll Process), UST excavations, project management of LUST sites, groundwater/soil sampling, Phase I & II Site Assessments, haz-waste disposal, radon/asbestos testing & abatement, infrared camera/moisture intrusion inspections, mold testing & remediation, and environmental drilling. We are a Freddie Mac HomeBase Supplier and have worked on over 50 bank-owned properties in the last two years, in addition to working on 100+ Section 8 multi-family properties since 2006. We use only "green" CleanSeal Global mold remediation products (www.cleansealglobal.com).
