In his decade-plus of sales and leadership experience, Founder and "Head Sales RX'er", Chet Lovegren learned that the way teams are trained and enabled is contingent on archaic and decrepit business practices. Even as he spent the better part of 2021 building out the intercompany training and enablement at Pavilion, as well as advising on course content and leveraging his own teams' strategies, he saw "The Forgetting Curve" in action.
