Background: In the past, selling was considered to be an art. Since selling is primarily about influencing other person to buy, much of what produces this influence was always a mystery, therefore selling was viewed as an art form. It is also because the process of influencing a person had never been systematically analyzed, so it could never be predicted and repeated. This led our Founder, Director KK Srivastava to set out to formulate a systematic, process driven method of selling, which can be taught as fundamental sales knowledge. This method provides a ready framework, which can be applied in day-to-day sales roles to generate sustained and predictable results. This is how the Sales Excel was born in 2003. Since inception, we’ve trained over 100,000 sales supervisors, sales managers, sales leaders, and professionals through our innovative model of “Science of Selling”.
