Salf was founded by Louise Hamman. Louise has 27 years’ experience in Marketing, Brands and Retail. She has a track record of leadership in crafting brand propositions, driving the business culture, and pioneering innovations in customer trends, insights, and analytics.
● She is a former Customer Executive at Retail giant, Pepkor (R87BN turnover) where she established the first Trend & Insight team and spearheaded the Group digital and data agenda.
● Previously she held the position of Marketing Director and Exco member at Ackermans (a R10BN turnover, Pepkor company) where she was instrumental in growing the business from 300 to 600 stores.
● She has BComm Marketing and MComm Marketing degrees.
