Salt Care

Salt Care is a local, registered, not-for-profit, volunteer-based charity that provides benevolent relief to the homeless, the poor, the socially disadvantaged, those who suffer from mental health issues, the disabled, Indigenous, elderly, and young people at risk. We partner with local organisations, businesses, and individuals across the South Coast to meet the unmet needs in our community. Our mission is to provide immediate help and facilitate long-term assistance. Salt Care has a variety of services that work together seamlessly to provide a holistic “wraparound” approach to addressing the needs in our community. These services include Safe Shelter Shoalhaven, Salt Assisted Housing, Salt Store, Salt & Co and Salt NDIS, Salt Care currently relies on a variety of funding sources, including donations of finances and goods, as well as government, business and community grants. We welcome conversations from businesses and organisations that value the work we do, and would like to partner with us.
