Formed in 2013, Salt Entertainment Group started in Glendale, AZ with Whiskey Rose, a BBQ restaurant in the heart of Westgate Entertainment District then opened Salt Tacos y Tequila in 2015, a modern Mexican restaurant. SEG has grown its portfolio to over 9 establishments with a number of new concepts on the way. With locations all across Arizona, Salt Entertainment Group also includes The Cabin Whiskey and Grill, Carousel Arcade Bar, Charlie's Cafe, Pangea Dinosaur Grill, Pubblico Italian Eatery and Opa Life Greek Cafe. Salt Entertainment Group creates an atmosphere at each location with exceptional dining and service while also bringing high-energy nightlife and events to ensure families, sports fans, foodies and partiers alike can enjoy every aspect of their experience.
