Salt and Light Coalition

In Chicago, two women are trafficked every hour, and 62% of them are under the age of 18. Many survivors never have the chance to complete their education or develop a work history. When rescued, they often struggle to find legitimate employment, which can lead to re-victimization. Salt and Light Coalition empowers survivors of human trafficking to thrive through a trauma-informed, three-step approach that equips them with health and wellness, workplace readiness, and ongoing support.
