Saltbridge Capital targets value-add real estate investments, including office, industrial, and retail product, primarily located on the east coast. We are actively sourcing opportunities to acquire existing assets with embedded upside, as well as land sites with density for future development. As a privately funded investment firm, Saltbridge offers flexibility in execution and deal structure that other capital types cannot provide. Since inception, Saltbridge has acquired over 2.7 million square-feet of assets and currently operates a portfolio comprised of existing assets and future density totaling 2.1 million square-feet.
