Welcome to Salty’s – a fresh, fun and vibrant surf bar, eatery and hangout where the east coast tides of Bondi meet the west coast vibes of southern California. Located on Campbell Parade, directly opposite the beachfront, Salty’s pays homage to the legends of old school California and Australian surf culture. The venue’s interior evokes a sense of nostalgia, with an array of vintage surfboards, skateboards, and memorabilia paying homage to iconic moments and figures from 70s, 80s and 90s Aussie and Cali surf history alike. Much like the venue fit-out, the menu celebrates the best of ‘SoCal meets Bondi’ fusion, consisting of generous share plates and the perfect post-swim mains. Owner Operator, Christian Millett, explains he and the team have created Salty’s to be a warm and welcoming space for locals and visitors alike. “Nothing beats service with a smile and that’s what our customers can 100% expect from our friendly team as they walk into Salty’s. We wanted to be generous – not just with our menu offering but also with our time.
