Founded in 1951 by Angelo Pasini, Salumificio Smapp started its history by manufacturing and commercializing pork meat in Trezzano Sul Naviglio, a little city near Milan, where has still its headquarter.
Salumi Pasini is the excellence brand of Smapp, created in 2014 by the new generation of the Pasini family to let the great public know about the quality of their products, created just with excellent ingredients and exclusively from high selected meat.
Witnessing the great quality characterizing the brand is the collaboration with the Michelin starred chef Davide Oldani, resulting in the Salumi Pasini - FOO'D exclusive line. A range of products where the craftsmanship handed down through generations by the Pasini family are enriched by new elements suggested by the chef.
