The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command US Western Territory For over 100 years, The Salvation Army‘s Adult Rehabilitation programs have served as beacons of hope to people seeking help for any number of social and life issues, including problems related to substance abuse. Our residential programs offer spiritual, emotional, and social support with a work therapy component, creating an environment designed to help participants lead healthy, fulfilling lives. In the Western Territory alone, we offer 22 faith-based programs on a charitable basis, generally at no cost, with no insurance required. Donated Goods are resold in our thrift stores, online, and other outlets to fund our ARC Programs, bringing hope and a second chance to those who need it the most.
