SalvusLabs was founded by experienced pain physicians with one goal in mind: To provide other health care professional assistance in ordering, interpreting, and integrating drug monitoring in the care of patients requiring controlled substances for their treatment plans. SalvusLabs is a Joint Commission Accredited, fully CLIA certified, high complexity toxicology laboratory. We use a Mindray BA-800 Immunoanalyzer for initial drug screening/ quantitative testing and an AB Sciex 4500 LC/MS/MS for confirmatory/ qualitative testing. Urine is the preferred body fluid for compliance testing, but we can test saliva as well. We use a state of the art Lab Information System (LIS) that allows efficient communication of the results.
