Founded in 2021, Sam Lucero started her business, Sam's Soul Space, as a means to bring mindfulness to more people. Our external reality keeps increasing in the amount of stressors, attention pulls, and negativity. We as earthlings need something to bring us back home to ourselves in our bodies and souls and that thing is a mindfulness practice. Through breath, movement, stress reduction techniques and relational mindfulness, we can begin to cultivate a toolbox of practices to help us process emotions healthily. We can learn to be more present and at ease with the ebbs and flows of life. We can learn to be more compassionate through to practice of loving kindness. Sam teaches classes to private clients and the employees and members of different organizations and communities. She has experience in both yoga and meditation and brings those learnings into retreat, business, and private settings to spread the gift of cultivating presence to others. She facilitates healing and gives students a safe space to become their own best friends. The ripple effect of this work is so potent and needed in these times.
