SAMAA AL-OULA was established in 2014 as the MEP division of UTC Design and Build, delivering high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions. In 2020, building on its early success, the division became an independent entity with a new commercial registration, marking the beginning of its strategic expansion into the Saudi market. The year 2022 was a turning point, marked by the establishment of independent business units, each specializing in key industry segments. This strategic evolution enhanced our organizational agility, encouraged innovation, and positioned us for sustained growth in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. By 2025, SAMAA AL-OULA continues to deliver milestone projects and forge strong partnerships that reinforce our market presence.
