SAMA is an initiative licensed by Quality of Life Program and The Freelance Program. At SAMA, we believe in supporting individuals to improve their mindset, happiness, communication, relationships, education and career. We do this through various activities and supporting groups to explore and exchange experiences and thoughts in a positive environment. Goals: 1- Exchange our experiences and thoughts, and supporting each other through support groups. 2- Improve our quality of life by improving our wellbeing. 3- Enhance our positive presence at home, school and work. ‏ Activities: 1- Support groups in various areas, such as parenting, career and educational excellence, self awareness, interests and hobbies. 2- Enriching experiences, such as outdoor meditation and group walking. 3- Getting inspired by sharing success stories. 4- Supporting and consulting individuals with their resumes and Personal Development Plans.
