We are Kish Cell Pars Co. that is a telecommunications and information technology company headquartered in Tehran, Iran. Established in 2015 as a member of the Saman Financial Group.
In September 2016, we became the first company in Iran to obtain a full Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) license. As an MVNO, Kish Cell Pars provides mobile communication services and operates its own core network infrastructure using leased capacity from a mobile network operator.
Under its main brand SamanTel, Kish Cell Pars offers SIM cards, value-added mobile services, enterprise mobility solutions, and other services enabled by its MVNO infrastructure. Currently, the company has over 500,000 subscribers across Iran.
SamanTel obtained a SERVCO license in November 2017 to provide expanded telecommunication and technology services. As part of the Saman Financial Group and with its industry expertise, the company is positioned to continue growing its communication, telecom and IT services in the Iranian market.
