NeuroLeadership and Business Coaching for Entrepreneurs with ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and Other Neurodivergent Conditions I help entrepreneurs and leaders with ADHD, Autism, PTSD, OCD, and other neurodivergent conditions optimize their brainpower and grow sustainable businesses that don’t drain them through strategic business training and neuroleadership coaching. My programs are a hybrid of open-ended coaching and topic-based teaching to help you explore your blind spots, build on your strengths, and take advantage of opportunities in your business or in your life. This unique approach means that you feel a sense of progress as you learn new skills and strategies to build up a valuable toolbox that you can then apply throughout your life and business. I am a fellow neurodivergent - ADHD + autistic - so I have a unique perspective on how our special brains work and how strategies that work for neurotypical people don’t work for us. I’ve spent years researching and studying a variety of neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Austism, and PTSD, amongst others. I am not a certified therapist or psychiatrist* Over the years, I’ve spent far too much money on programs and coaches that aren’t compatible with my neurodivergent brain. I already knew by my early 20s that corporate life was definitely not for me so I went from the finance industry into freelancing across a variety of industries including marketing, online business management, and more. My passion is working with business owners and leaders to help them grow and exceed their own expectations. My coaching helps you progress at work while having more energy to enjoy yourself.
